Services 

All assets are held in custody in the client's or in their structure's name with a bank of their choice, preferably in Switzerland. We manage the assets under a limited Power of Attorney for external asset managers.

Due to reasons of diversification and as we are only able to provide individual service to a limited number of clients, a minimum of approx US$ 1 Mio in tangible assets is required.

Investors who wish to participate in our investment style can also do so by investing in our mutual Fund Jolimont Value Fund (EUR).

Pricing

We typically charge following fees:

Management Fee of 0.50 % to 0.75 % pa, plus
Performance Fee of 10 % of the amount exceeding 6 % pa (depending on currency)

Bank charges (mainly brokerage and custody fees) are taken separately by the bank of the client's choice. Our clients enjoy special discounts with a number of banks which we have negotiated on their behalf.
