Achieved the rank of Vice President, and appointed Business Manager for the Private Bank marketing segments Asia Pacific and Western Hemisphere. Acquired degree from the Graduate School of Business in St.Gall in Economics. Spent 5 years as a Financial Analyst in Toronto. Thereafter, Investment Advisor at Bank Jenni & Cie AG in Basle. Moved to Citibank, Zürich as Portfolio Manager and Manager of the company's Pension Fund. Director of the investment department of a Swiss investment company. Member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA.

Romano Babini (1950)
Graduate of the University of Chicago's Senior Management Programme. Joined Kraemer, Schwab & Co. AG in 1986 as Partner. Prior to that, 17 years with Citibank/Citicorp. Of these, 6 years spent in Singapore, achieving the rank of Vice President in charge of the Private Banking business for South Asia. Upon returning to Switzerland in 1983, appointed Business Manager for Citicorp (Switzerland) AG.

Hans-Mathias Kaeppeli (1956)
Graduate of the University of St. Gallen with special emphasis in Banking and Finance (lic.oec.HSG). Spent 11 years as Director of the Freiämter Bank SLO in Muri / Switzerland. In 1996 moved to the Neuen Aargauer Bank. Acquired an MBA in 1998 from the International Bankers School in Chicago. From 2000-2007 Member of the Executive Board and CEO of the Neuen Aargauer Bank in Aarau, the largest Regional Bank in Switzerland. Since November 1st 2008 Partner with Kraemer, Schwab & Co. AG.

Peter Borer (1950)
Studied at the University of St. Gall, University of Paris II and Business School of Vienna and received degrees in economics (1978) and law (1986). Devoted himself to the practice of law after having worked as an academic assistant at the European Institute of the HSG. In 1985, was admitted to the bar and is now partner with EBD lawyers in Zurich. Lecturer for Civil Law on the Faculty of Law of the University of St. Gall since 1986.

After completing studies in the Banking field, spent 10 years with Citibank in various backoffice functions. Upon completion of the Swiss Banking Diploma in 1985, moved to an offshore bank in the Caribbean for 3 years. After returning to Switzerland in 1990, joined Coutts Bank as an Investment Advisor for private banking clients in Asia and South America. Achieved the rank of Vice President and transferred to Singapore for 5 years. Partner since 2001.

Acquired degree in Law from the University of Berne. Thereafter 10 years with Credit Suisse as Portfolio Manager in the Private Banking Group. Of these, one year spent in Vancouver as Swiss Representative. Graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute as well as of a Portfolio Management Programme offered by the Swiss Central Bank. Enrico Silingardi (1966)
After completing studies at Commercial School in Lugano, obtained in 1998 the Federal Diploma for Expert in Finance and Investments (AZEK). Since then member of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association. Working as a credit officer for Banca Unione di Credito Lugano, thereafter ten years at Citicorp Switzerland in Zurich; in 1998 joined Bank Cantrade, Zurich (taken over by Bank Julius Baer AG in 2005) as a client relationship manager in Private Banking, promoted to the rank of Director in charge for Italian speaking clients. Graduated from Commercial School in 1980. Joined Union Bank of Switzerland’s graduate training programme and started career as Portfolio Manager for Asia Pacific clients in 1987. 1990-1992 Assistant Representative for Bank Leu AG Hong Kong. 1992 Advisor for Asian clients and promotion to Vice President at Swiss Bank Corporation Zurich in 1994. 1996-2003 Senior Vice President and responsible for the Swiss Private Banking Team at BNP Paribas Hong Kong. In 2003 re-joined UBS in Hong Kong and 2004 in Zurich as Senior Client Advisor/Executive Director servicing Hong Kong based clients. 23 years Private Banking experience with Asia based clients. After completing studies in Business Administration in Zurich, Switzerland, spent 20 years in the USA employed as Administrative Assistant as well as in other fields. Magister Artium (M.A.) from Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, Germany in 1997. Part of the enterpreneurial start-up team of Jacobs University Bremen since 2001. Chairman of the American Colleges Overseas from 2004 - 2006. Co-founding member of the European Center for Value-Investing since 2006. Head of emerging markets financial statement analysis and security valuation cooperation between Acatis value-style mutual funds and Jacobs University's equity research team. Tea commodity trader since 2007. From 2008 to 2011, Can Ikram was Independent Representative Middle East for Kraemer, Schwab & Co. based in Doha, Qatar. Currently, he is Advisor for business development and global equity research.
